Participants
PARKING:
The Fulton Lot (Monroe entrance) is reserved for St. Jude Runs approved vehicles only. Specific Runs are assigned to a reserved section in the CAT lot. Please contact your Run Coordinator for exact parking location for your city. If you are bringing a personal vehicle there will be an area available in the CAT lot. (available Saturday only)
- Satellite Runners Arrival– Turn off Kumpf to Monroe- greeted by St. Jude Run Staff (RED ARROWS)
- Arrive between 2:00-4:00pm
- Visit Chick-fil-A tent for runners
- Enter Civic Center for Hope Hub (post-run food and drink)
- Shower Shuttle pick-up/drop-off point (Madison/Fulton) (ORANGE STAR)
- HOPE Hub presented by RLI (GREEN ARROWS)
- Opens @ 2:00pm
- Photo opportunities
- Grab ‘n Go post-run snacks
- Rest Stops:
- Each Run will have an assigned table to drop bags & use as meet up spot etc.
- St. Jude Store (GREEN ARROWS)
- Opens @ 2:00pm
- Runs and St. Jude merchandise

- CASHLESS
- Runners’ Parade (BLACK ARROWS)
- 4:40pm Satellite Runs line up by flags along Monroe

- Parade route: Monroe -> Main -> Jefferson -> Fulton -> Civic Center
- Runners’ Reception
- 5:30pm – inside Civic Center
- Complimentary meal for participants provided by Avanti’s Ristorante and Kuna Food Service
- Telethon
- 6:30 to 10:00pm
- Encourage your family & friends to tune into 25 News from 6:30-10:00pm on Saturday, August 2nd to watch the Telethon. It will also stream at www.week.com
- Check presentation (check with your Run Coordinator for specific time)


Spectators
SPECTATOR PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Free Parking is available in the CATERPILLAR lot (off Kumpf and John Gwynn), spots are limited. The Civic Center Marquee Lot and Fulton Lot are reserved for Telethon VIPs and St. Jude Run vehicles only. Please refer to the map below for other parking options. These are public and private lots and decks. Some may have restrictions, but most will have spots open to the public for a fee. Street parking may also be available throughout downtown. Please note, travel times may be longer than normal due to road closures.
ROAD CLOSURES:
- Kumpf – on/off between 2:00-5:00pm
- Monroe (between Kumpf and Main) and Fulton from 12:00pm-10:00pm
- Monroe -> Main -> Jefferson -> Fulton from 5:00-6:00pm
- Bob Michel Bridge @ 5:00pm
- Various roads on/off as runners downtown Peoria
RUN ARRIVAL DETAILS:
- Runs Arrive from 2:00 – 4:00pm (for specific information, follow each Runs social media page)
- Satellite Runners will turn off Kumpf to Monroe (RED ARROWS)
- Cheer your runner in on Kumpf
- Spectator Food from 2:00pm – 7:00pm
- Food available for purchase from vendor trucks
- Runners’ Parade @ 5:00pm
- Parade route: Monroe -> Main -> Jefferson -> Fulton -> Civic Center (BLACK ARROWS)
- Spectator viewing spot on Fulton (ORANGE STARS)

Road Closures
ROAD AND LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION
Drivers should exercise caution and patience throughout the day. The use of alternative routes is advised, and delays should be expected.
ROAD CLOSURES:
- 10 a.m.
- S.W. Monroe Street will be closed between N. William Kumpf Boulevard and Main Street.
- Noon
- Fulton Street will be closed between S.W. Monroe Street and S.W. Madison Avenue.
- 2 p.m.
- W. Romeo B. Garrett Avenue will be closed between N. Hightower Street and N. William Kumpf Boulevard.
- W. John H. Gwynn Jr. Avenue will be closed between N. Hightower Street and N. William Kumpf Boulevard.
LANE CLOSURES
- 2-5 p.m.
- Intermittent rolling lane closures will occur on N. William Kumpf Boulevard.
- 4:30-5 p.m.
- Intermittent rolling lane closures will occur on the Bob Michel Bridge.
- 5 p.m.
- S.W. Monroe Street, Main Street, N.E. Jefferson Avenue, and Fulton Street will be closed until 6 p.m. for the St. Jude Runners Parade.
